Land decontamination project

Terms of reference

As part of a decontamination project, the requirement was to transfer soil from one side of a road to the other. The desired throughput was 300 to/h.

The installation had to be erected at night for safety reasons due to traffic stoppages.

Orllati project for Audemars & Piguet

Project specifications and challenges:

As part of the construction of Audemars & Piguet's new production unit, implementation of a handling line behind the passenger station to transport earth and rubble from the construction site. Evacuation by rail at a rate of 300 to/h.

Genilac project in Geneva

Specifications:

Evacuation of earth by mini-excavators along the entire length of the Seujet quay to lay new pipes for a district heating network, then reversing the direction of the conveyors for the backfill phase.

Challenge :

Evacuation of excavated soil, followed by backfilling in 3 phases, using a lateral dumping carriage. Conveyors were positioned along the entire length of the Seujet quay. Regulated and limited worksite duration.

Specifications and technical features of industrial motorized Belt Conveyors

Our customer is looking to acquire a handling system comprising a Belt Extractor and three industrial Belt Conveyors for an aluminum export production site.

The aim is to handle large, heavy blocks of alumina (an oxide in white solid form, colorless and insoluble in water) and cryolite (a highly abrasive product at a temperature of 80°C) for internal logistics.
