Specifications:

Evacuation of earth by mini-excavators along the entire length of the Seujet quay to lay new pipes for a district heating network, then reversing the direction of the conveyors for the backfill phase.

Challenge :

Evacuation of excavated soil, followed by backfilling in 3 phases, using a lateral dumping carriage. Conveyors were positioned along the entire length of the Seujet quay. Regulated and limited worksite duration.

Our solution:

Implementation of 4 movable feed troughs, a feed hopper equipped with a Belt Extractor, and 16 Manubloc conveyors, width 500, i.e. over 600 m of conveyor belts.
