The Manukit modular conveyor

Tecnitude's Manukit industrial conveyor transports heavy loads at high speeds. Its three-dimensional modular structure is extremely robust and can be adapted to all sectors of activity, including construction, ports, recycling, the timber industry, the mineral and extractive industries, and the transfer of bulk materials in the minerals, contrition, metallurgical and other industries, for example: coal, ores, rock stones are crushed.

The Manukit conveyor is equipped with 3-bearing ⌀ 89 mm powder-coated Idlers stations. The structure is of the tubular lattice type in galvanized steel, painted or powder-coated. The motorization can be hydraulic or electric by Drive/Geared Motor from 3 to 30 kW and we usually supply the endless rubber belt. The connection is made in our factories.

Features of the Manukit industrial Belt Conveyor

Standard Belt widths range from 500 mm to 1200 mm. Our cover plates for Belt convey ors are entirely custom-made in our Riedisheim workshops. Manufactured mostly from galvanized sheet steel, our cover plates can be easily adapted to a wide range of structures, including the Manukit.

Standard intermediate modules, adjustable in height and width, come in lengths of 0.50 m, 1 m, 2 m and 5 m. Head and foot modules have a nominal length of 2.5 m.

Tecnitude's modular conveyor system enables you to compose and adapt the length of the Manukit to the contextual and technical constraints of your processing plant. The choice of Belt width depends on the nature of the material to be conveyed, its consistency and density, and the volumes to be handled. The power to be installed can be defined using the power calculation module.

This online tool has been developed by our technical teams, and enables you to calculate motor power according to various criteria: inclination, length, Belt speed, characteristics of the product to be handled. Should you have any difficulties or questions, our design office is at your disposal to answer them, and will also be able to give you the advice you need to integrate a Belt conveyor into your process.
