The Manuextract conveyor
Tecnitude's Manuextract Belt Conveyor is an extractor, feeder and flow regulator. It can be used not only for filling and extraction, but also for flow management under or at silo and hopper outlets.
Belt Extractor regulation ensures stable, precise flow rates. Also known as "Belt feeders", they are equipped with a variable speed motor. Bulk materials remain at a constant flow rate on the Belt Conveyor belt. Tecnitude has created a flow calculation form to help you determine the flow rate required for the Belt Extractor.
The weighing Belt feeder can be placed directly under a silo, making it a suitable extraction device for pelleted products.

The Manuextract conveyor assists in filling products from a container. It features a flow regulator under the hopper, enabling automatic emptying. The Belt Extractor allows stored products to flow out of the hopper at a constant rate. Thanks to the Manuextract Belt Conveyor developed by Tecnitude, it's now easy to set the flow rate and control the speed of material flow.
