The Manupack solution
Manupack solutions are the first parts to be replaced on a Belt Conveyor. They are wear parts which are heavily used in the operation of the Belt. However, conveyor stoppages often mean production stoppages.
In anticipation of this, we offer a package of 1st emergency spare parts, including a set of Idlers and tensioning bearings for foot drums, as well as a large box with Idlers and a complete foot drum. These spare parts can be used to maintain and repair all types of Belt Conveyor.
Manupack: a set of spare parts for your conveyor
We provide you with a Manupack as a preventive measure against any breakdown or stoppage of your installation, and therefore of your production. The Manupack is available and can be used immediately to replace worn parts on your Belt Conveyor. When selecting your pack, simply indicate the belt width of your conveyor (up to and including 1200 mm) to determine the Idlers best suited to your belt conveyor. It goes without saying that Manupack is suitable for both Manukit and Manubloc conveyors .
