The Manubloc conveyor

The Manubloc is a light Stringer belt conveyor with a trough-shaped belt with two or three supporting Idlers, and a belt width of 300 to 1200 mm. Easily modifiable, the Manubloc conveyor can be adapted to all applications and to the context of each worksite. Parameterizable, with three-dimensional modularity, it can be moved, oriented and reversed. It is often used as a mobile elevator.

By extension, the term "mobile lifting bridge" or "transshipment bridge" or "gantry crane" is used to designate a kind of mobile crane running on a bridge that moves itself, enabling parts or goods to be transshipped between two points in a workshop, from a ship to a quay, or between two trains, and so on.

Robust and mobile, this reinforced mobile elevator provides efficient stacking, cell filling and auxiliary machine feeding. Various options enable it to be adapted. One of the options is "Tecnitude's standard edges", offering you a wide range of possibilities with several types of adjustment.

This type of edge is used for frequent changes in the width of conveyed parts. The specific advantage lies in the fact that the conveyed parts cannot slide under the edge boards. As a result, this solution is frequently used for smaller parts and bulk goods.

Pre-assembled for factory inspection, testing and adjustment, the Manubloc conveyor can be supplied assembled or in separate, labelled modules. Evolutive in form and easy to install, the Manubloc Belt Conveyor is the ideal tool for all bulk products.
