Conveyor belts for sawmills and wood transport
Our Belt conveyors have been designed for transferring bulk loads, and for horizontal or inclined transfer of a wide range of products from the timber industry: handling wood, ash, bark, sawdust, shavings or edging offcuts.
The Manukit conveyors, with their heavy-duty industrial Stringer frame, or the Manubloc Belt Conveyor, with its lighter, compact frame, are supplied as bolt-on modules and can therefore be adapted to a very wide range of applications.
Our Belt Conveyors for timber transport
Manukit and Manubloc conveyors are frequently used to transport fuel for new and renewable energy boiler plants. Our conveyor systems can be used to feed boilers or storage rooms with pellets, chips, briquettes, logs or shavings.
Our different types of Belt conveyors are adapted to the requirements and needs of the wood industry:
- Our belt conveyors feature a three-dimensional modularity that enables them to adapt to different terrains as well as to an already existing configuration; for example, the evacuation of wood bark under debarkers.
- The Grasshopper Belt Conveyor, equipped with options such as a slatted belt and edge plates with sealing flaps, is ideally suited to transporting shredded wood, or even sawdust.
- The Manukit industrial conveyor is ideally suited to transferring or stacking large volumes of wood chips or shredded wood.
We offer handling solutions with modular conveyors that can be adapted to a wide range of applications (sludge and waste, concrete transport, paper transport, etc.). In order to predefine the motorization required for a conveyor, we have set up a power calculation module.
We also offer you our rent-to-own service, which combines Tecnitude quality with a responsible price.
