Manuplat conveyor
Tecnitude offers its customers high-quality equipment and solutions for sorting materials and waste. The Manuplat conveyor is a flat Idlers conveyor for horizontal transfer of single loads or bulk handling. The Manuplat Stringer is made up of folded sheet metal boxes in painted, galvanized or 304/316 L stainless steel.
Tecnitude's Manuplat is a modular Belt Conveyor, available in a range of standard lengths to adapt the conveyor's center-to-center distance to specific process requirements. Available in several Belt widths (from 500 to 2000 mm), it can be equipped with either a Drum Motor or Drive/Geared Motor drive. The modular belt elevator is often equipped with a variable speed.

This flat-bed transfer conveyor has a wide range of applications, and its equipment can be complemented by a range of accessories and options.
This Idlers conveyor is also known as a "sorting table", a device for sorting products for quality, either manually or automatically. The sorting table can be used in any industry requiring product sorting, such as wood or paper, but also in various sectors (recycling industry, mineral industry, etc.).
