As a leader in the rental of conveyor belts and handling systems, we have a large rental fleet of over 1,000 meters of conveyors and belt handling equipment.

We offer a wide range of new and rental-only bulk handling equipment: hoppers, Belt extractors (Manuextract), Overband (magnetic separator) and Belt conveyors in various widths (400, 500, 650 and 800 mm), as well as a large number of drive heads.

The selection of materials and complete equipment is made by our technical departments according to the specific requirements of the project, the daily volumes to be moved and the product to be handled (glass, iron, rubble, etc.).

Tecnitude continuous handling systems guarantee ergonomic transport of your loads and optimize the safety of your men on site. You'll benefit fully from the skills and know-how of our teams.

Our team recommends a technical manual that includes maintenance and repair instructions for equipment that can be repaired.

Belt Conveyors are often more energy-efficient than other means of transporting materials, such as trucks. They require less energy per tonne transported, helping to reduce overall energy consumption and associated greenhouse gas emissions.

Compared with trucks or motorized vehicles used to transport materials, Belt Conveyors generally emit fewer exhaust gases. This helps to improve air quality in the areas where these conveyors are used.

Belt Conveyors often facilitate the sorting and separation of transported materials. This can contribute to more efficient waste management and the promotion of recycling.

Remanufacturing, also known as "reman", is the process of restoring a used or obsolete product to a state of performance similar to that of a new product. In the field of industrial Belt Conveyors, remanufacturing is of significant importance for several reasons:

  • Remanufacturing contributes to environmental sustainability by reducing demand for new resources and minimizing waste.
  • Remanufacturing minimizes production downtime. Rather than having to wait for new equipment to be delivered, companies can repair or upgrade existing conveyors more quickly by using remanufactured parts.
  • By replacing only worn components, rather than the whole equipment, remanufacturing optimizes the use of resources.
