The solution
Supply of a Manukit Belt Conveyor, between axis 14m x 1000 type truck unloader with variable positive inflection.
- For dump truck unloading, the conveyor feed width is 3.5 meters.
Throughput: 200 To/h (dual motorization) - 32 mm herringbone rubber Belt, oil-repellent, antistatic and flame-retardant to current standards
- Head chute with internal shielding, 360° swivel and retractable spout. Assembly mounted on motorized ball bearing and horizontal jack.
- Frame with gripping system for container carrier under spreader, 30-foot opening.
- Handling frame equipped with pneumatic wheels at the front of the conveyor and a retractable jockey wheel at the rear.
- Powder-coated surface treatment
- 3-sided walkway with double staircase and access to all electrical and hydraulic controls
- Massive structure reinforced with very large cross-section welded sections
