Self-contained folding motorized Belt Conveyor

The customer wants to move a hydraulically lifted Belt conveyor system onto a 3.5-tonne flatbed truck and make it autonomous at its place of use. The product to be handled is biomass for boiler feed.

Our solution:

Our teams designed a motorized, self-contained, folding Belt Conveyor. To respect the dimensions of the tray, the belt is equipped with a double hydraulic articulation. It is also equipped with motorized wheels, a control panel, a hydraulic unit and a generator.
