Specification:
Following an operational incident, need for a Belt Conveyor at short notice with space constraints (conveyor against a building). Need for a herringbone Belt and edge sheets. Acidic environment requires strong anti-corrosion protection. The required throw height is 4 meters and the product density 0.3; desired throughput 20to/h.
Our solution:
Installation of a Manubloc E.A 7 m x 650 mm Belt Conveyor to evacuate grape pomace from the end of the handling line to truck skips. The anti-corrosion protection chosen was powder-coating of all structures. The modularity of our components enabled us to produce elements with reduced widths over a length of 6 meters.
