Problem :
Handling of excavated material from the banks of a lake to fill barges. Securing a public passageway under the Belt Conveyor. Our solution:
Installation of a handling system with a main conveyor equipped with a goat and recovery cables to evacuate materials by barge. Motorized conveyor head equipped with a flow management chute with flexible rubber sleeve. Belt Extractor allowing the passage of coarse-grained bales and facilitating the removal of sticky products. Drawings for configuration, civil engineering and assembly. Supply of a feed hopper, 1 Manuextract and 1 used Manukit E.A 35 m x 650 mm Belt conveyor.
