Special transverse scraper generally equipped with tungsten carbide blades, designed to clean the Belt when handling sticky products. This option is available for Manukit, Manubloc, Manuproject and Manuextract Belt Conveyors.
Belt cleaning with multi-blade scrapers
Installed at the front of the head pulley, equipped with several steel or carbide blades, the scraper cleans the Belt surface. This operation is necessary when conveying highly abrasive, clogging materials, or wet, sticky materials that can clump together and block the flow. The scraper blades are positioned perpendicular to the Belt, ensuring efficient scraping of the belt.
